PROJECT – APARTMENT BUILDING

The project is newly built apartments situated in Greece with 6 floors on 29,900 sqm. 

We have an ongoing project for Greece, which will fit in 408 applicants to qualify towards their Residence permit.    

The project of building apartment starting from EUR 250,000 and can go upto EUR 350,000 based on the availability.

The building is expected to be completed and will be opened by June 2027.

The project also provides 3% orelse guaranteed minimum per year EUR 7,500.  There is more information on this project that can be looked in on the return of funds strategy that we are recommending to our clients.

We are confident about the success rate of obtaining the Residence permit and on the project on the return of funds strategy in the end of 6th year.
