VISA FEES INCREASE BY IMMIGRATION NEW ZEALAND (INZ)
Immigration New Zealand (INZ) has raised the visa fee effective from 2 July 2012. The Immigration department has advised that the raise in visa fee reveals the cost of delivering immigration services and also added that New Zealand's fees will stay broadly similar to competitor countries. The change in visa fee will not affect around 80 percent of visitors to New Zealand as most travel visa free. However, people applying for a visa apart from a visitor visa to New Zealand are required to pay the fee.
