AUSTRALIA: Australia has announced new initiatives & policies to encourage skilled candidates to qualify under the Skilled Independent Regional (SIR) Visa. The present pass mark under general skills category is 120 points, under the SIR visa is 110 points and State/Territory Nomination Independent) (STNI) Visa is 70 points. This is the best time to lodge a successful application for a Permanent Residence visa / Temporary Residence visa. Australia is the popular destination favouring young people with high skills wishing to start a new life in Australia. The Australian economy is strong and is actively encouraging the immigration to lodge skilled migrants. Skilled migrants wishing to work in Australia will be assessed on points based set by the Immigration department. An applicant can lodge his application under different visa category which is assessed under points based system and points are awarded for work experience, qualifications and language proficiency. One can also qualify by family migration program which can be processed under the Australian Skilled Immigration program. We specialise in the following visa categories:
CANADA: Qualifying pass mark for Immigration is 67 points presently. The pass mark may increase. Candidates with Bachelors or Masters Degree, 2 to 4 years experience, good communication in English will qualify. Spouse qualification and sponsorship from a blood relative in Canada will also be awarded additional points to qualify. Applications from skilled workers with evidence of experience under one or more of the following National Occupation Classification categories shall be placed into processing immediately. In November 2008, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, announced another step in measures to improve the immigration program’s responsiveness to Canada’s labour market for Faster Immigration includes issuing instructions to visa officers reviewing new federal skilled worker applications to process those from candidates who are in 38 high-demand occupations such as health, skilled trades, finance and resource extraction; or should have an offer of arranged employment or have already been living legally in Canada for one year as a temporary foreign worker or international student to qualify. The list of 38 occupations was developed after consultations with the provinces and territories, business, labour and other stakeholders. New federal skilled worker applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above will not be processed, and the application fee will be fully refunded. Applicants who aren’t eligible for the federal skilled worker category may qualify under another category, such as the Provincial Nominee Program, or as temporary foreign workers, which could then put them on a path to permanent residency through the new Canadian Experience Class. There are many ways to immigrate to Canada. Applications which meet the requirement under the new federal skilled worker applicants, including those with arranged employment, to receive a decision within six to 12 months compared with up to six years under the old system. The systems deliver final decisions for economic applicants within a year. NEW ZEALAND: New Zealand visa category has offered people to qualify for Residence permit with the relevant qualifications and work experience the opportunity to immigrate to New Zealand to fill specific roles identified by the New Zealand government. The New Zealand skilled migrant visa class operates on a point system basis and it is necessary for the applicant to obtain a job offer from New Zealand employer in order to be successful applicant to obtain Residence visa. To gain Residence permit one can be successful in meeting the requirements by obtaining a work permit or resident permit. Points are also given for the spouse’s qualification. Additional points also been allocated to an applicant who has a New Zealand job offer outside of Auckland or having a close family member who is a permanent resident or citizen of New Zealand. If the above required points level is achieved by an applicant then he is eligible to apply. Before an applicant proceeds with an application for Residence permit, the applicant’s qualification has to be assessed by the New Zealand Qualification Authority (NZQA) assessment body before the application can be processed for Residence permit. Once the applicant meets the pass mark, NZQA then the applicant is recommended to proceed for Expression of Interest (EOI) followed by lodging the Residence permit application. There are Four Major Permanent Categories for migration. You can apply under one of four permanent residence classes:

Executive Transfer (L1): Established local businesses can form a US subsidiary and transfer one or more local managers to the US to set up and operate company. Permanent residence available through this visa. Employment Visas (H1B): If you have a Bachelors or Masters Degree and are offered a job by a US company willing to sponsor your visa, you can get a temporary work visa. Permanent residence available through this visa. Treaty Trader & Investors (E1 and E2): For a modest investment based on business needs, you can get a temporary visa to the US to operate a business or trading group. Visa can be extended for lengthy periods, but not convertible to permanent residence. Spouse & Fiance Visas (F1): If you are married or engaged to a US Citizen, you can obtain a visa and permanent residence in the US. Immediate Relative Visas (FS): If you have a parent, brother, sister, or child as a US citizen, they may be able to sponsor you for a visa and permanent residence in the US. Special Circumstance Visas: There are a wide variety of specialty visas, including for physicians, Nobel Prize winners, traveling musical and art groups, professional athletes, etc. If you have any special situation that you think may entitle you to a US visa, please inquire. You are also allowed to work 20 hours per week while you are studying on a Student Visa or Permit.
