New Brunswick (NB) Residency by Investment

New Brunswick is another province that an applicant can look at qualify under the Canada Entrepreneur Program by investment.

Applicants can look at qualifying for New Brunswick under the Canada Entrepreneur Program which is one of four Atlantic provinces on the east coast of Canada, involves of eight cities and is the eighth-most packed Canadian province in Canada.

The New Brunswick Permanent Residency(NB) Entrepreneurial Program was made for experienced business owners and senior managers from around the world who could qualify to become permanent residents in Canada by owning a business in New Brunswick and managing it whereas residing in the Province, and creating jobs for Canadian citizens and permanent residents.

The applicant must own a business in New Brunswick and managing it while residing in the Province, and creating jobs for Canadian citizens and permanent residents.

 

INVESTMENT AMOUNT:  Under the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program the applicant should deposit CAD $100,000 in Escrow Funds with the Government of New Brunswick to receive nomination, after which the family is issued a permanent residence provided the applicant’s business plan and all other supporting documents are approved to qualify.

Once the applicant obtains an approval, then he moves to the province to start a business through investing around CAD $250,000 in owning and managing the business as per the business plan. Our immigration consultants will guide you on the preparation of the business plan accordingly.

It is important that the applicant meets the requirements of the terms and conditions as set out in the Business Performance Agreement or the Business plan that was set on the application.

 

PROCESSING TIME: The processing time after the applicant is lodged through the Canada Express Entry is about 14-16 months.
