USA GREEN CARD - EB5 - INVESTMENT AMOUNT TO INCREASE FROM SEPTEMBER 2015
We have been advised that applications are on rise towards lodgment for an EB5 Green card visa to USA.
Legislation has been proposed which would see applications towards EB5 investment amounts increase from 15th September 2015. Under this new legislation,
investment levels would increase from $500,000 to $800,000 in Targeted Employment Areas (TEAs). This legislation is expected to be approved and come into effect on 30th September 2015, and EB5 application levels are already increasing.
The new investment amount will apply to all I-526 applications filed with USCIS after 30th September 2015. To process EB5 application under $500,000 we invite applicants to process their application under the existing $500,000 and choose the right program that is recommended towards submitting an application towards lodgment at the earliest.
