Hello Neville

I had my PR Application processed by you earlier and was more than satisfied with the way you dealt with my file. So I never thought twice as to whom to contact when I had to lodge my wife Sangeetha's Application. I would surely come back to you if I need to apply for the immigration of any of my other family members also.

I was expecting a flawless application lodgement and a quick process. And apparently Sangeetha's application was processed quicker than I thought. I was quite confident about the success of the application though Sangeetha was a bit tensed as it was the first time she was going through this process.

We were filled with so much happiness that can't be expressed in Words, when Sangeetha received her visa.

When I came here first I was totally new to life in Australia. Your guidance and advice was very helpful then. That is was backed me up so that I could help Sangeetha with confidence when she arrived here.

My advise for people who wish to migrate is that they need not worry about the positive result of their application unless there is any major flaw in their basic qualifications and documents. You normally tell people straight away whether their application can be processed or not which is a very good thing unlike a lot of other agents who give false hopes. Applicants need a LOT OF PATIENCE after they lodge their application.

Dear Neville

We heard about your firm from somebody else who had immigrated to Canada.

Actually we had just returned from Canada and had been to a couple of consultants. One of them was so full of hot air that it did not take us long to figure out that he had never stepped out of India. So when we came to you we were almost at the point of calling it off. If the credibility of the medium is in doubt, what else can you expect.

Well you were down to Earth, and logical. Your handling of the discussions soothed my already frayed nerves. You ruled out certain countries straight away, which tallied with our earlier data. Also you accepted certain difficult confidentiality terms which I had requested because of the sensitive situation I was in. In short you were not trying to make things easy for yourself. People who like to migrate should focus on the big "go / no go" decision and leave the other details to you. Once the big decision is taken, the details will work out or you have to adapt to the situation. All of us fool ourselves into thinking that we will go through the details and then take the decision.

At the end of the day it is all about adapting to a new environment. A lot depends on your attitude. The change in the environment does not really change the person that you are or your "luck", so to speak. If you were good at "making your luck" in India you will continue to do so anywhere else. If you liked change there, it will envigorate you even more here.

That said, the initial months can be extremely good or extremely hard, for no obvious reason. So it makes sense to put your head down and try to see yourself through all the four seasons. It becomes easier after that. Till then it is like trying to withdraw from a bank without putting anything into the account in the first place.
